Product News, Current Campaigns and Swiss Post

Dear Customers,

there's a couple of news we would like to inform you about:

Two products have been discontinued by Swedish Match. That is Claq Qui by Röda Lacket and General Maxi. Moreover, there have repeatedly been shortages of certain products on the manufacturer side. Affected products were General Onyx and General wintergreen. And the situation still has not been resolved entirely. We therefore apologize for any slight delays this may have caused or will cause.

But, there is also good news, which is new released items, plus an expansion of our product range:

General Mint 24gr
Quite popular as mini portion, this General portion with a fresh flavor is now also available as regular portion.

Catch Collection Mellow Rhubarb
The latest addition to the limited Catch Collection. A mini portion snus with a truly delicious flavor.

Skruf snus
In January already, we added Skruf snus. In particular the strong products and the Cranberry snus have become very popular among users. Skruf seeks to differentiate itself by the puristic design of its cans, which are white.

Thunder snus

Yet another addition to our range. Manufactured by V2 Tobacco, Thunder once started as a value alternative to most other snus brands. But by now, with interesting flavors, very strong snus and improved quality, Thunder has become quite a success story.

Last but not least, we are running two campaigns at the moment, which you should not miss:

Concerning Swedish Post (Posten): Over the last weeks we had a few customer complaints regarding Swiss Post letter shipments. While Swiss Post in general is a good and reliable shipping option, in particular to European destinations, it seems that it occassionally takes longer than promised to the U.S. and Asia. Therefore, we will immediately start to offer Swedish Post letters as shipping option again. In case you, too have been dissatisfied with the speed of your Swiss Post shipment, you may then choose Swedish Post again in future!

With Kind Regards,

Armin Sachs
